  • Non-Perishable Gifts: For non-perishable items, you may cancel within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, provided items are unused and in resalable condition. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless items are faulty.

For products that have already been despatched or delivered, cancellation is not possible, and refunds will only be provided if items are proven to be faulty or not as described.
